This page sets out the rules that govern use of Winning Days. It explains the relationship between us and our users, including account responsibilities, eligibility, acceptable use, how promotions operate, and the process for deposits, withdrawals and disputes. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account details current and secure. That includes your username, password and any payment information. Only one account is permitted per person, household or address unless we agree otherwise. We may require identity and address verification at any time - especially before processing withdrawals or where activity appears irregular. Accounts found to be shared, compromised or used for fraudulent activity may be suspended or closed and funds withheld pending investigation.
Eligibility requirements
To use our services you must be of legal gambling age in your province or territory and located in a jurisdiction where our services are available. We do not permit accounts for individuals who are self-excluded or who are prohibited from gambling under applicable law. We reserve the right to block registrations from certain countries or regions and to reject any registration without providing a reason.
Acceptable platform use
Users must not use the platform for unlawful purposes, money-laundering, collusion, abuse of bonuses, or automated/bot play. Deliberate attempts to manipulate games, exploit system errors, or engage in chargebacks and other payment fraud will result in account restriction and may be reported to relevant authorities. Commercial use of accounts or resale of services is not permitted.
General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions, bonuses and free spins are subject to specific terms which will be shown on the relevant promotion page. In general, only one bonus may be active at a time per account and wagering requirements, contribution rates and maximum bet rules apply while a bonus is active. We will void bonuses and confiscate winnings where we reasonably suspect abuse, exploitation, or circumvention of promotional rules. Always check the individual promotion terms before opting in.
Deposits and withdrawals
We accept a range of payment methods suitable for Canadian players including Interac, Visa Debit, common e-wallets and supported cryptocurrencies. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, processing times and limits may vary by method and by VIP level. Withdrawals are subject to verification requirements and may be held for review while identity, source-of-funds or other checks are completed.
